Françoise Martin obtained her Master of Law at the University of Lausanne in 2005. From 2005 to 2006, she was an assistant of Prof. Bettina Kahil-Wolff and, from 2005 to 2008, of Prof. Rémy Wyler at the University of Lausanne. From April to October 2008, she also worked as an ad hoc law clerk for the Tribunal d’arrondissement de Lausanne. While working as an assistant, she wrote at the same time a PhD thesis “Sociétés anonymes de famille : structure, maintien et optimisation de la détention du capital”. She started her traineeship with BMP Associés in January 2009.
