Xavier Oulevey obtained his Master of Law at the University of Fribourg in 2002. From 2002 to 2006, he was an assistant for the Seminar on economic and international private law of Prof. Walter Stoffel. At the same time, he wrote a PhD thesis “L’institution de la décharge en droit de la société anonyme”. He started his traineeship with BMP Associés in April 2007 and obtained his law PhD in 2008.
